SoFlo Chicken & Grill — A family-run, Southern-meets-Caribbean quick-service spot from Amshel Kage (a 24-year Domino's veteran who worked his way up from delivery driver), his wife Shaleah, and his mom Imogene — fried catfish, jerk chicken, flame-grilled pinchos, Cajun smash burgers, and ten flavors of wings including their signature SoFlo Fire Wings.
